Florida Criminal Statute of limitations
could anyone help me and let me know please, whats is the limit where they can prosecute you for for Insurance Fraud and Grand theft 3degree ???

I would say three years but there a lot of reasons why it could be longer. Clients rarely prevail on that issue.

Unlike most third degree felonies which are capped at 3 years, theft charges can be made within 5. Please feel free to call me should you have any further questions.
