Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Florida Expungement
In filling out my forms for expungement (petition/affidavit/order) Do I enter the original case number in the area that says ''case number'' or do I leave that area blank for the clerk to enter a new case number? In Florida is it recommended to request a hearing? Should reference letters be submitted and do I include that with my paperwork or send it to the judge with the petition?
