Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am in Florida and had my house searched with a warrant. My roommates name was on the warrant but mine was not listed, can I be convicted of things they found of mine? Seeing how the warrant wasn't targeted at myself?

Yes you can be convicted. You had the right to refuse consent to search your personal areas but that was probably not explained. However, there may be other various defenses that can be raised to have evidence suppressed, for example. Search and seizure law is complex and I suggest you hire a good attorney in your area.
