Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In Florida, I see hundreds of ads on Craigslist and Backpage.com advertising a sensual bodyrub. They do not offer licensed massage. Is a bodyrub illegal under Florida law?

You're getting into a grey area. But I'll just simply answer that a paid bodyrub, so long as it does not include any breasts or genitalia would be legal. However, if the masseuse is not licensed then they can get themselves in trouble.
