hi im in florida an im on probation for sale an possession of herion, i violated 2 times, the first vop was for failing drug-test, an the secound time was for driving on suspended which is a misdemeanor, an my p.o is recommended prison time, do i have a chance of avoiding the prison time an get reinstated?

Depends heavily on the judge, but based on what you have described you have a minimum guideline score of 40 points (prison is optional after 22 pts and mandatory after 44 pts) If you have any other priors, your score will be higher. With this being a second violation, and for committing a new crime, prison is not unlikely. You should speak with an attorney as soon as possible.
