Hello, in Florida what is the process like of getting your medical marijuana card while on probation for a non-marijuana related charge? If I am recommended it by the doctor and pass positive for THC with my P.O. can it be waived?

Simply put if you are on probation and you cannot use marijuana. Even if you have a valid doctor's recommendation.
