Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Florida public schools background check for my contractors badge came back with "expunged pursuant to Florida Statue 943.0515". It has something to do with when i was a juvenile which i honestly do not remember the outcome of it and do not have records of. They are saying unless i give them a statement of the events they will deny my badge. Do I legally have to give them a statement of what happened? Can they legally use that against me?
