Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In Florida when there is a search warrant issued to search a house for marijuana Can they search a mother-in-law quarters of a house. Does law enforcement need a warrant to enter into a house while the owner of the property is outside in handcuffs.

That is a definite gray area whether they can search there. You should talk to an attorney in your area right away in order to fight this.
