florida statute 800.03

Is there a likely plea for reduced charge with no intent? And does a conviction result in sex offender status? This is a first time arrest.

I am not sure what you are asking here but I would avoid pleaing guilty. This would be bad on your record. I have tried this kind of case before. Pls call if you are interested in fighting this.
