Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
The Florida Supreme Court overturned my sons murder conviction and remanded the state to give him a new trail. How long does the state have to take the case back to court.

It depends on whether or not speedy was waived AFTER the remand. You should ask his attorney to find out for sure.
