Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In Florida, is there a time limit on how long you have to report a sex crime? The statute possibly violated could either be 800.03 or 800.04 depending on the meaning of the words "sexual organs" (800.03) and "genitals" (800.04). This guy intentionally showed plumber's crack while in wal-mart when there were kids around who may have seen it.
