Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
On a florida university college application, it ask me if I ever had criminal offense expunged or sealed. I did in fact have a juvenile petty theft charge expunged. Do I have to answer yes to this question? Can colleges pull up my expunged record? The offense occurred in Virginia.
