old Florida warrant waived extradition they never cane and picked me up

I am currently in a custody fight and

I'm sure my wife will use it against

me. Also I'm sure she will be calling

Florida trying to stir up problems.

OK i was arrested on 3 occasions for

a warrant in florida I currently reside

in Texas. I wavied extradition on 3

occasions in 1993 florida never came

and got me.

The case is from 1992 it is now

2008.

Also I was I prison in Texas in 1995

and Florida had a hold on me the

whole time I was incarcerated and

Florida released the warrant once

again and did not extradite me.

I have been arrested for traffic tickets

and a few other things over the last

15 years. I have never been held on

those warrants ever again and the

Florida warrant system still shows a

warrant. I believe it has been

converted to a in state only warrant

or a surrounding state warrant.

What can I do to either get the warrant dismissed because the case

is so old. Or because they have never

attempted to actually follow thru

with extradition.
