In Florida, Can a wife be charged with stealing from her husband, if she takes property and gives it to someone else to pawn?

Maybe is the best answer I can give. If your wife had access either explicitly or implicitly, then the "property" would be communal, not just yours. Now with that said, if you made it explicit not to take certain property, then yes it is possible for her to be charged. I suggest you meet with an attorney in your area to see if you want to or even should pursue something.
