Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What does it mean when Florida withdraws a fugitive warrant on a person that already had been arrested out of state? The person in question was released but does not know what to do next.

It means that Florida refused to pay the cost of transporting the person from the other state. The person should hire a Florida lawyer in the area where the charge is pending and get the charge taken care of. Otherwise, the warrant could remain outstanding forever, and the person could be arrested whenever he or she is pulled over or otherwise comes into contact with police.
