forcing me to help
i am a victim of domestic crime. can the procecutor in this case in Fl make me give a sworn statement by supena if i dont want to assist with their case?

yes. In Florida it is the State that decides whether to prosecute a crime, not the victim. The State can thereafter subpoena any individual that it believes has information regarding the alleged criminal activity.
