Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Forgery
Can I bring legal suit against someone for forging my signature on a Quit Claim Deed as a witness? And what about the Notory who is a close friend of the person who forged my name and knew at the time she notorized the document that the signature was forged.

Re: Forgery
Both the notary and the signer can be charged with crimes. Furthermore, depending on your damages, you can sue both in civil court. You can also attempt to have the notary's power revoked.
I suggest first contacting the police. You should have the paperwork ready to provide them and be ready to write a statement.
