Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can he be found guilty?
My boyfriend was charged with a robbery because his DNA match the Dna found on washcloth in a jacket pocket of a jacket close to the scene of the crime, the jacket was supposely used by the person who commited the robbery-but it was a person that was mentioned about the robbery that my boyfriend knows and the victim said that is was the other guy jacket not my boyfriend- will it hold up in court?
