Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you were found guilty by jury trial on circumstansial evidence, everything about the system was unfair (but you are not guilty) and are given adjudiation withheld by the judge...is it better to appeal, try to fight the system or just go with the three year probation for something that you did not do?

Only you and your attorney know the facts of the case and everything that happened at trial. You need to talk to your attorney about whether you should appeal or not. No attorney on this forum can answer this question.
