Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Ok I just found out I have 3 warrants in diffremt counties one is in the county I reside in...
They are listed as fraudulant activities.....its actually for bad checks, do you know exactly how much time im looking at spending in jail?

NO. Any attorney will need to know the precise statute with which you are charged in order to answer. Hire one, or get the public defender. If the charges are for 3rd degree felonies and there are three of them, the total could be 15 years, but this is unlikely. If second degree felonies, 45 years, but again unlikely. How much time depends upon the charges as well as any prior record and scoring under the sentencing guidelines.
