ive been framed

i came to florida to care for my grandmother before she passed away.while in florida my ex wife divorced me and to keep me away filed a false charge of strangulation against me.now im faced with a class d flony charge and i did nothing to her.what do i do and how can i get this charge off me?

There are no "class D" felonies in Florida, so I would need some additional information on that. But strangulation is a very serious charge. Usually, if it's he said/she said and there's no witnesses and no evidence other than what she says, the cases usually have a way of working themselves out. You are going to need an attorney.
