Re: fraud
Let me clarify a little bit on what the other lawyer said. The critical question isn't whether this was your only arrest, the critical question is whether you've ever been adjudicated guilty of this or any other crime.
You might have to look at your record to see if you were adjudicated guilty on this or any other crime. If you've been sentenced to jail or prison (not just taken there on an arrest) or you heard the judge say, "I adjudicate you guilty," then you can be certain you don't qualify for sealing or expunction. Otherwise, you may have to look it up online or in person at the clerk's office in the appropraie county.
If you successfully completed probation or your charges were dismissed, you probably have not been adjuducated guilty, and therefore you would probably qualify for sealing or expunction.
Re: fraud
Depends on how the case was resolved. If the charge was ultimately dismissed, you may be elegible for a sealing or expungement.
Re: fraud
It depends. If it was your only arrest (ever) and if you received a withhold of adjudication, you may be eligible to have your arrest "sealed." If the charge was dropped/dismissed, you may be eligible to have it "expunged," if that was your only arrest (ever).
Feel free to email me if you have any further questions.
