Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
fraud
i have taken my parents money by forging their signature on documents, accessing their bank account via their debit card, taken out a $60,000 equity line on their house and generally mismanaged their funds. it started out by paying their bills and buying their daily needs, right now the process for taking me to task for mismanagement is just starting. i had medical power of attorney for my parents who are 80 and 81 yrs old. i know i did wrong and i need to rectify my mistakes before go to jail. i have been depressed for a long time, i have a history of depression, whenever i get depressed i can't control my spending. i was on medication for depression but didn't get the help needed to make good judgement decisions. my brother has a particularly vicious girlfriend who will do anything to hurt other people. she entered my bedroom and took incriminating documents so she can pout herself in a place of power. she also lacks morals. what can i do?

Re: fraud
You need to speak to a local attorney as soon as possible. This is a complex matter that can't be handled over an internet question/response.
Re: fraud
You need to IMMEDIATELY hire a lawyer. I can meet with you at your convenience. I handle cases in Lee County and up until last year was the chief of felony for the Lee County SAO. I have over 20 years of criminal law experience.
If you don't call me, call someone...quick!
GOOD LUCK,
