Fraud
I recieved a check for working from home business and took it to a local store to cash after 3 weeks found out the check bounced. What should I do and could I go to jail even though i didnt know it was fake

How much was the check for? Since you didn't know it was fake you probably have nothing to worry about. You man want to sue the company that gave you the back check. You may call my office if you wish additional information.
