my friend was arrested for armed robbery after being aresseted was bonded out went to court the case was dimissed while looking at back round check his picture is there saying he was aressed for armed robbery nothing about case was dimissed who does he call to have this removed so fla

He needs to have his arrest record expunged.
He will have to obtain a certificate of eligibility from the FDLE and have a hearing in front of a judge.
