Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My friend, who is 17, was arrested for Domestic Violence while they were defending themselves from their parents. Does this stick to their record and will it become public when they are 18, and will it effect their ability to get a job?

An injunction is public record regardless of age. Yes, it could affect one's ability to get a job. I strongly suggest your friend get an attorney to fight this injunction.
