Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My friend asked me to put his gas station under my name and the reason why is because he can't get license for food stamps or any saying that his workers mess him up.anyway I did that and we opened bank account after four month I had violation under my name cause he was selling drugs in the store .in order for me to get rid of this the judge asked me to take the store from my name to different name .i did that and then my friend told me he closed all account with bank and the company and he paid the tax .4 years later I went to Bank of America to open account and they told me that I had an account been opened for four years I called my friend and asked him why u kept the account opened for this time he said that the accountant told him to keep it for couple of month but he lied and used my account for four years can I do something legal to try to take him to court or is it because I opened the account it's my fault that I didn't close it I trusted him. What made me mad is he told me that it's not my business when I asked him why u kept it all this time open plz I need help

You could possibly sue him but you need to talk to a civil attorney. A criminal attorney is not what is needed in this case.
