Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Hello! my friend and I bought a car, and in documents written as two owners. I designed the insurance but the number is not bought and moved to another country! My friend stopped with stolen numbers, and will be a trial! this time I was in another country! Do I face punishment under the condition that the insurance framed me and driving during the arrest was a friend of mine? thanks in advance! waiting for an answer

Your question is sort of all over the place so I'm not sure any attorney can really answer your "question" on this forum.
