Now he has received civil demand letters, from Palmer Associates Law Firm for $200 which he ignored. Now subsequent sent civil demand letters for $425. were sent. He ignored these too. He has continually been harassed with phone calls from Palmer Associate Lawyers which now threaten civil demand law suit may be pending. Should he continue to ignore or call Palmer and associates to confront this issue?

When it comes to civil demand letters like this you will probably get different answers from different attorneys. I believe that I am with the majority of attorney who say you can continue to ignore them. The reason being is that it is extremely rare from to ever go after anybody. However if you want peace of mind you could just pay it and get it over with.
