Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my friend is being charged with a burguralry charge of $300.00 to $20.000 and because he was released from prison less than 2 yrs ago and caught another case he is now falling under the prison release offender act my question is what is the max time frame that he can serve based on his new charge and falling under that act due to the fact his previous charges that he serve time in prison for was similar charges to his new charge and what charges falls under the prison release offender act ?

This can vary under a lot of different facts. There may be a VOP involved as well, which would add time. Tell your friend to see a lawyer and, frankly, I would start picking different friends. I suspect that this one may not be around much longer.
