Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Me and a friend committed a crime together but the sentencing was different he recieved three years while i recieved sixty. Are there any organizations who can help me to get my case back into court if i think the sentencing was racist

Talk to your appellate attorney. If it was a result of a trial, then you are entitled to an appellate public defender. Even on a plea, there may be times when you can appeal. You need to talk to your lawyer
