Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

A friend had 11 felony charges at one time drug related and was sent to a rehab after some jail time (1 yr total)...on state probation In fl and just violated less than a year from being home. Purchased sudaphedrine on video tape, violated, and in jail. Based on his past what is ur professional opinion on how long of a sentence he will get??0

This is basically impossible to answer. The result will vary massively based on the type of court he was in, his judge, and the county where this happened. Some judges may see this violation as part of the drug problem and sentence him to more treatment, other judges will say he had his chance and sentence him to a long period of time in prison.
