Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a friend on felony probation in Florida. She would like to move back to Missouri. Can her probation be transferred. to Missouri or does she have to stay in Florida

It can be transferred back, but you will need to get permission from the probation officer. You should hire a criminal defense lawyer to go over your options and set a motion to transfer probation in front of a judge.
