Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have a friend, her Husband is abusing drugs on a daily basis. We know that he is using marijuana regularly, cocaine and Heroine occasionally as well as taking his sons pain medication. Lying and attempting to hide his activity, when she knows where he's been through tracking his personal cell phone. During arguments over his drug use he has thrown things at her broken things, yet re-framed from striking her or physically assaulting her.

My question, What legal implications could she endure if he is found with drugs in their home. And what do you suggest she do in this situation as it has only gotten worse and he refuses to change. She's spoken to him about quitting and rehab.

If your friend is aware of illegal drugs in the home, then they can be charged. The best thing to do to protect everyone is for the husband to get help.
