Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i have a friend who is currently incarcerated he is a convicted felon. he was charged with poss. firearm by conv.felon and armed robbery the state dorpped the poss. of firearm by conv. felon charge. My question is how much time could he serve for the armed robbery charge now that the poss. firearm by conv. felon charge has been dropped?

It is a first degree felony which means he is facing up to 30 years prison.
