Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Ok, so my friend Kumar is in a bit of a Jam. and I could use someone to help figure out what may happen. He's being Charged with Burglary Occupied Dwelling With Battery and Battery aggravated. This was over the kid stealing his PS3 and not letting him in the house to get it so he went around a kid who was going into the house, jumped in and beat the kid up who stole it. what do you think he is expected to get? OH and they are saying he has burglary tools because he had a flash light and screw driver in the car as well as he was 'loitering and prowling' these are being filed as violation of bond.
we live in Florida btw. Ok well he's 20 almost 21, the kid is 18 or 19 I think, and he dislocated his arm. But I think the kid who originally is pressing the charges is trying to drop them, since it wasn't even his house?
