Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A friend of mine was charged with home invasion a crime A. he is not guilty of & B. it is all based on he said basis how long can he legally be held?

The majority of convictions are based on "he said" evidence. Many times the person may be not guilty but for another person saying they did it. He needs an attorney to expose any discrepancies that this person is saying.
