Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A friend of mine went to colorado for a court date from trespassing charges which he will be awaiting a his probation sentence from a felony trespassing charge but he has 2 active non felony warrants in florida, will he be held in colorado or extradited to florida to serve time for their warrants?

He might is really the only answer that can be given at this point. It is up to Florida and the Colorado authorities. The best thing to do would be to deal with the Florida warrants. If they are misdemeanors, he may be able to take care of them without coming back by hiring an attorney.
