Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
a friend of mine was parked near a car that was stolen. the detective pulled my friend out of his car and took his keys from him and towed his car.the detective accused my friend of stealing the 'stolen car'
i would like to know whats going to happen to my friends car and what should we expect
and what advice do you have for my friend.

Get your friend an attorney is the best advice. If they are trying to forfeit the vehicle, there are strict time limits, so don't hesitate in getting him an attorney right away.
