Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a friend of mine who works with at his dad's house frequently, and recently his dad has found some of his prescription medication missing. Not the whole bottle but a few individual pills. Can my friend be arrested because he has been at the house, even if he didn't take them?
