Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My friend & I went to my phone company, and i did her a favor and added her to my phone plain,which they made me sign another contract for an extra two years.They also made her sign a contract. the thing is i'm the main holder for the contract. Now for the past couple of months she has stoped paying her half of the bill, and now it's up to $870.00 and she refuses to pay her her half of the bill. Since i'm the main holder it falls on me.So what can I do???

If you have some agreement with your friend you can file suit in small claims court. This is probably not a criminal matter.
