Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My friend got pulled over and received a ticket in the state of Florida because he had a temporary license plate which had not expired. The car was bought in the state of Georgia. The police officer said that the tag was not valid in Florida. Is this correct?

Really need more facts to give a good answer. However, I see no reason why the tag wouldn't be valid. If it's legal in GA then it should be legal here. Again talk to an attorney in person and describe the facts so that you can see about fighting the charge.
