Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My friend is currently serving a 28 year sentence for drugs conspiracy. He is currently appealing but is that sentence too long or is it normal?

Drug charges can run anywhere from probation to life in prison. There is no normal. You should talk to his attorney to see if the sentence is appropriate and why or why not the attorney thinks that. Otherwise, there is no way for an attorney on here to answer your question.
