Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A friend who is a sex offender
I have a friend who was 18 yrs of age when he was dating a 15yr. old. The father found out and took him to court. The mother knew about the relationship and had given the daughter the okay to date him and testified in court however he was still charged and now has to register as a sex offender. Is there a way to have this charged pardoned? Or something done, he is seriously depressed and can't even get a job at McDonald's because of this charge. Please help.

Re: A friend who is a sex offender
Yes, this charge type of charge can be pardoned, though, to be quite honest, a pardon on this type of charge is pretty rare.
