Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i had a friend of my sons ask if i needed a washer/dryer because his friend had one for sale. they picked up the appliances and was given the money. as my son was going to put down the ramp. they sped off. the police were called and they found them but not the money. of course they said they left because we did not pay them. and the police let them go because it was a he said/she said. i have 3 witnesses to what happened. they said they would give it to state atty. i want to prosecute. how can i do this?
