Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have a friend and every time he goes to court they reschedule his court date what should he do? He has been charged with ARSON IN THE SECOND DEGREE he has been in prison before and the ARSON that they are charging him with happen when he was in prison. what i mean by that is what ever was set on fire or burned was done in the prison and he was punish for it then. this happen 2 years ago and the prison is no longer open it has been closed down and now they only have the word of someone who was also in inmate in the prison

Not sure what your question is, but yes, they can still charge him for this. Even if this witness is unreliable and there is no prison anymore. As you know, these are very serious crimes and he is looking at a lot of prison time, particularly with those priors, so it is a good idea to get an attorney now.
