Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a friend who has violated their felony probation. They have been trying to hire a lawyer before turning themselves in. The law has said that anyone with her when they find her will be arrested.. Is there any kind of advise you can give me?
What is the worst that can happen to me for helping them?

Your friend should go see an attorney. The attorney is not under an obligation to turn them in, but every attorney will advise them to turn themselves in. Getting the attorney in advance will help smooth the process of a probation violation. If by helping them you mean getting an attorney, you can't get in trouble for that.
