Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a friend 17 years of age about to turn 18 dating a girl who is 14 but turns 15 just 3 months after he turns 18, the girlfriends parents are divorced and the mom to whom she lives with has all her rights and she doesnt mind her dating him, is there any legal issues he might face if one was to make a complaint or charge him with something?

Dating is legal. However, ANY sexual contact, including fondling, touching, oral sex, or ANYTHING sexually related is a huge deal. The 18 year old can face up to 15 years prison, and be labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life. Once she turns 16, then consensual sex with a then 19 or 20 year old would be legal, but my advice is to break ties for now. See how things go after she turns 16, and preferably 18.
