Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello my friend's husband was arrested by the Dea and they took her computers and all of her cars including the cars of her kids. He has not been indicted/ charged yet and they had a search warrant. Is it possible to retrieve the property that the accused has no ownership of? If so how to I go about retrieving the items.

You need to talk to an attorney that handles federal forfeitures. Yes, they can take stuff like that without anyone even being charged. You can fight it though which is why I suggest you talk to an attorney right away.
