Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My friends sister in florida has been arrested for purchasing items suposedly without his permission. One purchase was on home shopping network on Oct 4th and they just recently filed for divorce in december the judge presiding over the case is the brother of the husband.

The judge should recuse himself from presiding over the case. If the judge does not recuse himself voluntarily, the interested party in the case should file a motion for recusal. An objective judge should decide who owes what to whom.
